After Google, Allmail shows a square to scan with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password or Authy), then ten recovery codes to keep safe.

Codes depend on the time. Turn on automatic date and time on your phone, wait for a fresh code and type it before it changes.
Allmail says it cannot reach GmailGoogle or your connection may be down
Allmail reads mail live from Google. Check your connection and try again in a minute. If one account keeps failing, reconnect it on the Accounts page.
Allmail never stores your mail, so there is nothing to recover. Your mail stays in Google.
