Privacy and terms

Allmail is a private tool for its owner. Access is limited to accounts on its allow-list; it is not offered to the public and carries no warranty. Using it means you accept that it acts on your mailboxes only as you instruct it, and that you are responsible for what you ask it to send or delete.

Allmail is provided as is. Viral Inbound is not liable for mail lost, sent or altered as a result of instructions given to it. See the privacy section on this page for how data is handled.

Allmail is a private email tool operated by Viral Inbound for its owner. It connects to the owner's own Google accounts and shows their mail in one place, and lets an AI assistant the owner has authorised act on those mailboxes.

With your permission, Allmail reads, searches, labels, drafts and sends email in the Gmail accounts you connect, using the Gmail API. It only does so when you, or an assistant you have explicitly connected, ask it to.

Allmail does not store your email. Messages are fetched from Google when you look at them and held only briefly in memory. Allmail stores: the encrypted credential Google issues for each connected account, your settings, your authenticator set-up and recovery codes (kept only as one-way hashes), and a log of the actions taken (what was done, when, to which messages, with a short note such as a subject line or a sender's address). You can disconnect an account at any time, which deletes its credential.

Allmail does not sell, share or transfer your Google data to anyone. It is not used for advertising, and no human reads it except you.

Allmail's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (opens in a new tab), including the Limited Use requirements.
